I am a shareholder in another company, can I still join the service?

Yes. If you are a shareholder in another company that is a limited company, limited partnership, general partnership or cooperative, you can join our service.

We will set up a private trader’s Business ID for you, so you will be acting as a self-employed person. This Business ID is separate from the other companies in which you are a shareholder. You can therefore offer work through us in your own name.

When can I not join the service?

The only limitation is if you are carrying out forestry activities under your own Business ID and the Business ID is liable for VAT on primary production. Unfortunately in this case, the OP Light Entrepreneur service cannot be used.
