How do I send a e-invoice to a customer?

This article is meant for OP Light Entrepreneur users with Business ID.

You can send invoices as web invoices to corporate customers. It is not possible to send web invoices or e-invoices to individuals.

How to send a web invoice:

  1. Select "Recipient is a company" on the invoice form.
  2. Select "E-invoice" as the invoicing method.
  3. Enter your customer's Business ID and the web invoice address in OVT or IBAN format. If you do not know the web invoice address, please verify it with your customer. Note! The Business ID and the web invoice address must both be entered correctly in the fields provided in order for the invoice to be sent.
  4. Fill in the other fields of the invoice form as normal and send the invoice.
