How do I refund a payment to a customer?

Sometimes a customer wants to cancel their purchase after the transaction. In a case like this, the invoice must be cancelled and the money returned to the payer.
How to make a refund?
Always contact our customer service and we will advise you on how to make a refund. Your customer will always receive a full refund, i.e. partial refunds are not possible.
