Customer has paid the invoice, but it has not appeared into my account. What do I do?

You can send your customer a payment reminder three business days after the due date. You can send a reminder on the Transactions page under the overdue invoice. Always check with your customer before sending a reminder to see if the invoice has been paid.
The customer says they paid the invoice, but I haven't received the account
Please contact our customer service immediately if you have not received payment even though your customer has paid the invoice.

An invoice paid without a reference number always arrives to our customer asset account, but it does not connect directly to your invoice. We can link the payment to your invoice when you provide us with the invoice number and payment details in Chat.

Depending on the situation, we may need payment details from your customer. In order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please send us the proof of payment provided by your customer. From the receipt that is downloaded from the online bank payment transaction, we are able to check the necessary information.
The payment was made with the correct reference yesterday, but I have not received the account
As a result of bank delay, payments from other banks come to our service with a slight delay. Bank delay is usually 1-2 business days. If your customer has paid the invoice from an OP account, the payment will appear in our system within 24 hours.
Once we have received payment from your customer, you will receive an instant text message notification. This means that the portion belonging to you has been credited to your bank account.
If you are an OP customer, the payment should appear in your account within 24 hours. For transfers to other banks, the same bank delay applies, which is usually 1-2 business days.
Please note that payments made without reference or with the wrong reference number have longer processing times than normal. Therefore, the customer should always be reminded to use a reference.
