Payment of OP Light Entrepreneur invoices
In invoices forwarded by the OP Light Entrepreneur service, the account number belongs to the OP Light Entrepreneur service. On this page you will find instructions for both domestic and foreign payers.
Instructions for the payer
The customer asset account shown on invoices FI19 5000 0120 3737 81 (BIC: OKOYFIHH) belongs to the OP Light Entrepreneur service.
Your bank will verify the beneficiary's details (name and account number)
When paying an invoice in online banking or mobile banking, you will receive a notification about the payee's name being checked.
As a rule, use the name OP Light Entrepreneur as the payee. If you wish, you can also add the entrepreneur's name, for example "Emma Enterprise / OP Light Entrepreneur".
The payment is made to the correct invoicing entrepreneur when the reference number is correct when making the payment, regardless of the name used as the payee.
Use primarily the beneficiary name that appears on the invoice, OP Light Entrepreneur, as the payee
- Check the beneficiary's name on the invoice (OP Light Entrepreneur)
- Add the entrepreneur's name to the beneficiary name if you want, for example "Emma Enterprise / OP Light Entrepreneur"
- Make sure the reference number is correct
If necessary, request a Proof of Banking from the invoicer or directly from the OP Light Entrepreneur service
If you want to verify the accuracy of the account number, you can request a Proof of Banking from the invoicer or directly from the OP Light Entrepreneur service. The Proof of Banking is a document that confirms that the account number is correct and that the payee is using our service.
Payments from foreign countries
If you are paying an invoice from a foreign bank, please note the following information:
- IBAN: FI19 5000 0120 3737 81
- BIC/SWIFT: OKOYFIHH
- Beneficiary name: OP Light Entrepreneur
- Country: Finland
- Use the reference number on the invoice to allocate the payment
- Euro payments within SEPA are processed like domestic payments
- Payments from outside SEPA may incur intermediary bank fees, which are not the responsibility of the OP Light Entrepreneur service
- Currency conversions are made at the exchange rate of the payer's bank
Verification of Payee (VoP) in international payments
Verification of Payee is a practice in accordance with the EU's Instant Payments Regulation. The implementation of the check may vary between banks in different countries. If your bank does not support name verification, you can verify the accuracy of the account number by requesting a Proof of Banking.
